Job Description:
A company is looking for a Field Sales Manager in College
Station.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and measure sales and marketing programs to
meet subscriber and cash flow projections
Manage teams and metrics, ensuring supervisors and representatives
are trained and clear on objectives
Collaborate with IT and other departments for effective sales
routing and reporting
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree preferred, or a combination of coursework and
experience
5-7 years of relevant work experience
Proven track record of achieving sales quotas through performance
management
Ability to partner and build consensus across functional areas
Experience in coaching and outside sales
