Job Description:
A company is looking for a VP Talent Acquisition in Business
Process Outsourcing.
Key Responsibilities
Build and manage relationships with BPO providers, negotiate
contracts, and set performance metrics
Identify current and future staffing requirements and communicate
them to the BPO partner
Oversee the recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening,
interviewing, and onboarding
Required Qualifications
Deep understanding of the specific industry the company operates
in
Familiarity with the BPO landscape and service models
Experience in managing talent acquisition strategies
Proven track record in employer branding and candidate quality
assurance
Ability to analyze recruitment metrics for continuous
improvement
