Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Underwriting Manager,
Equipment Breakdown.
Key Responsibilities
Drive a culture of underwriting excellence and implement change
initiatives within the team
Maintain relationships with external brokers, agents, and
stakeholders to achieve team goals
Act as a point of escalation for complex underwriting decisions and
manage a portfolio's performance
Required Qualifications
Degree in Business or equivalent typically required
A minimum of 10 years of progressive underwriting experience,
including 2 years in underwriting management preferred
CPCU or professional insurance designation preferred
Proven analytical ability to evaluate high impact underwriting
risks
Strong leadership skills and strategic thinking abilities
