Key Responsibilities
Build rapport with creators and tailor messaging to their unique
challenges
Guide creators through the onboarding process and collaborate with
internal teams
Document market feedback and insights to improve the creator
experience
Required Qualifications
Passion for the creator economy with prior content creation
experience preferred
Customer-focused with high emotional intelligence and active
listening skills
Organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing an inbound
pipeline
Basic understanding of digital advertising, SEO, and social media
platforms
2+ years of experience in customer success, inbound sales, or
account management preferred
