We are currently hiring a Development Director in Richmond,
Virginia. Our office is located in Glen Allen, VA, with a hybrid
office schedule. The Director will generate revenue for our Go Red
For Women fundraising campaign, which includes our signature GRFW
Luncheon and Auction event.
We have a fast-paced sales environment with the main responsibility
of driving revenue in support of our mission. We offer a base
salary with the potential to earn an incentive up to 25% of your
base pay, based on achieving specific revenue targets.
The Association offers many resources to help you maintain

additional training and support locally.

Qualifications
Preferred Experience and Skills
Compensation - Salary range is $58,000 to $80,000, commensurate
with experience; geographic differentials may apply. This position
is incentive eligible based on achieving certain targets.
