    • Eligible to work in the United States
    • Min. 3 years experience in a full-service, casual bar/restaurant management position
    • Min. 30 years or older
    • Available to work nights, weekends, and holiday shiftsKey Responsibilities:
      • Supervise and manage all employees, including front-of-house and kitchen staff.
      • Lead by example in providing excellent customer service and resolving any guest concerns.
      • Create and maintain employee schedules, ensuring adequate coverage during peak times.
      • Manage inventory, including ordering and stocking alcohol, kitchen supplies, and other necessary items.
      • Oversee day-to-day operations, including ensuring cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health regulations.
      • Monitor financial performance, including cost control, budgeting, and setting goals for revenue growth.
      • Conduct regular training sessions and provide ongoing support to staff to ensure high performance.
      • Develop and implement operational processes to streamline service and increase efficiency.
      • Collaborate with the ownership team to plan promotions, special events, and other initiatives to drive business growth.
