Job Description:
A company is looking for a Go-to-Market (GTM) Systems Manager to
support their Business Operations team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize GTM tools like Salesforce, Gong, and Outreach
to enhance team efficiency
Evaluate and implement new technologies to drive productivity and
revenue growth
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of
systems and processes with business objectives
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in sales operations or sales systems
management in a SaaS environment
Deep expertise in Salesforce administration and familiarity with
related tools
Hands-on experience with GTM tools such as Gong, Outreach, and
Gainsight
Proven track record of managing and optimizing GTM technology
stacks
Salesforce Administrator Certification is preferred but not
required
