Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, Provider Operations to lead
credentialing, licensing, and provider enrollment functions.
Key Responsibilities
Provide guidance and mentorship to the provider operations team,
promoting collaboration and excellence
Lead operations related to credentialing, licensing strategy, payer
enrollment, and accreditation
Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements and develop key
performance indicators for provider operations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required
7+ years of experience in provider operations, with specific
expertise in credentialing and licensing
5+ years of experience with NCQA accreditation
3+ years of experience in provider scheduling and onboarding in an
ambulatory or telehealth setting preferred
Proficient in credentialing and enrollment software systems
