Job Description:

A company is looking for a Senior Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Lead risk initiatives to scale the global People Data Review Program
Collaborate with Legal, Privacy, and HR teams to define program requirements and establish priorities
Drive process improvements and manage cross-functional dependencies effectively

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Risk Management
Proven experience as an HR Risk Manager, preferably in a Tech company
Expertise in privacy and risk management, including compliance with employment laws
Strong background in data analytics and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Experience in developing risk assessment programs and working with engineering teams
