A company is looking for a Senior Director of Customer Success
to drive customer retention, satisfaction, and growth.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and mentor Account Management and Solutions Architecture
teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
Establish KPIs and goals for departments to ensure accountability
and high performance
Develop strategies to drive customer retention and achieve company
revenue targets
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or
related roles within a SaaS environment
Proven experience in managing cross-functional teams, including
quota-carrying Account Managers
Strong analytical skills with experience using customer success
metrics for decision-making
Strategic thinker with the ability to execute operational plans in
a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with customer success tools and methodologies
