TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Case Manager RN in Washington, Washington DC, 20008 Pay Information $2,510 per week About The Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Job Specialty: Case Manager Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM) Guaranteed Hours: Experience: 1 years of Case Management; 2 years preferred, with experience in Acute Hospital, Long Term Acute Care/Rehab/Skilled Nursing, Admission Criteria, Care Coordination, Discharge Planning, Utilizing InterQual Criteria, and Utilizing Milliman Guidelines. Previous charge experience preferred. License: Pending state RN license accepted. Must have license prior to start date. Certifications: BLS Must-Have: Knowledge of CPT codes, Department of Health DRG, HEDIS measures, NCQA, OSHA procedures, and JCC Job Description: - Work four days in-office, with one remote day flexible. - No on-call or weekend requirement. - Some face-to-face interaction required at wellness center. - First-time travelers accepted with a strong background. - Manage chronic diagnoses such as high-risk pregnancy, postpartum, DM, CHF, COPD, asthma, obesity/overweight, and behavioral health. - Perform comprehensive assessments and develop care plans for enrollees. - Conduct ongoing management within the EMR system. - Dress code is business casual. - Facility requires all employees to have the Flu vaccine. - Potential contact with COVID patients. - Modules are billable up to 4 hours, with any additional hours non-billable. - Complete modules pre-start and during orientation; average 12 hours on modules.
