A company is looking for a Senior Product Manager, HR.
Key Responsibilities
Define, drive, and communicate the product roadmap aligned with
company objectives
Prioritize and manage features, bugs, and technical debt for
high-impact solutions
Conduct customer interviews and market research to inform product
strategies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in technology, computer science, engineering,
marketing, or a related discipline, or equivalent work
experience
7+ years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS
environments
5+ years of experience in HCM software focused on HR or Talent
Management
Proven track record of simplifying complex HCM processes and
leading redesign initiatives
Proficiency in Agile Methodologies and experience meeting tight
deadlines
