position will manage digital campaigns that build community
support, counter misinformation, motivate supporters and protect
the company's reputation. You will work within a team and partner
with multiple cross-functional teams and agency partners to
champion our projects and drive our digital story.With this team,
you will work in a fast-paced environment and can make a
significant impact enterprise-wide. Critical aspects of the role
include public affairs strategy, digital marketing and project
management. The position requires limited travel, which could be up
to 10%.Responsibilities include:
- Contribute to digital public affairs campaign strategy to
support developing and constructing new transmission and renewable
energy projects across the country.
- Utilize strong project management and communication skills
while leveraging agency partners and/or internal teams to develop
content and oversee the execution of tactics on multiple channels,
including paid media, social media, email and web.
- Contribute to copywriting needs for digital campaigns.
- Execute social media responsibilities, including digital
listening, publishing and community management.
- Analyze digital campaigns, monitor their effectiveness,
identify regional trends/issues and regularly report results to key
business partners.
- Work with a message research team to execute polls and gather
audience data. Leverage polling and audience insights to guide
digital strategies and tactics to help build community
support.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal business
development partners while collaborating with media relations,
public affairs, community engagement and legal staff to ensure an
effective digital campaign.
- Dedication to customer service, ability to be flexible and
comfortable with fast-paced and constantly evolving environments to
meet assigned project demands; enthusiasm and passion for getting
the job done.
- Work occasional nights and weekends as needed.
- Complete additional projects as assigned by supervisor.Desired
Skills:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience.
- 3+ years of relevant experience.
- At least two years of public affairs or political campaign
experience.
- Firm grasp of digital tools and best practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Use social listening tools (Sprinklr) to monitor conversations
and engagements and respond to customer inquiries and comments to
correct misinformation or answer questions.
- Create digital content for various platforms and ensure that
the content aligns with the project or brand's overall messaging
and objectives.
- Analyze digital metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of
campaigns and use data to make informed decisions about future
content and engagement strategies while developing frequent
(weekly/monthly) reports for leaders.
- Administer, govern, and support company-wide publishing and
listening tool (Sprinklr) and, as necessary, social media
platforms.
- Maintain messaging library working cross-functionally to
identify answers to questions originating from listening
channels.
- Provide ongoing project management of assigned projects to
achieve goals and objectives.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.Required
Qualifications
- High School Grad / GED.
- Bachelor's or Equivalent Experience.
- Experience: 2+ years.Preferred Qualifications
