Job Description:
A company is looking for a Global Tax Manager to manage global
tax compliance and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with outsourced tax providers on global tax provision and
compliance
Manage the global R&D tax incentive process and liaise with
internal engineering functions
Evaluate tax implications of company activities and develop
strategies to minimize tax obligations
Required Qualifications
Proven work experience as a tax manager in the software/technology
industry
5+ years of relevant tax experience, with some Big 4 public
accounting experience preferred
1+ years in a supervisory role
BA/BS degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar discipline; MA in
Taxation and/or CPA Certification preferred
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft
Excel
