Engagement Manager (EM) to join our team in the Retail Sector. The
ideal candidate possesses a passion for the art and science of
marketing; and for improving the analytical insights and technology
used by marketing and product leaders to achieve our bold company
goals. You will help address the sophisticated challenges of
marketing effectiveness, return on investment, experimental design,
measurement strategy, consumer behavior, product design, and
marketing channel effectiveness.Responsibilities:
- Manage and nourish key client stakeholder relationships and be
a true strategic partner to your clients.
- Work collaboratively with client marketing managers, product
managers, performance marketing, data science, and researchers to
design, influence, execute, measure and improve marketing
initiatives and product experience.
- Develop quantitative analyses, ad hoc reports, and models to
support marketing decision-making. Analysis areas might include
(but not limited to) consumer segmentation, adoption, lifecycle,
retention, lifetime value, usage, engagement, and return on
investment.
- Translate data insights into recommendations that will drive
brand sentiment, user growth and engagement, and enhanced marketing
effectiveness.
- Explain sophisticated modeling approaches in simple terms and
develop compelling narratives that connect data analysis with
business problems.
- Design and implement reporting dashboards that track
performance trends, and provide measurable insights to executive
leadership.
- Use scientific methods to establish causal relationships
between marketing actions and consumer behavior and sentiment.
- Champion technical solutions to make the work of the decision
science team more effective and scalable.
- Produce presentations, charts, and executive summaries that
clearly communicate findings to internal partners.
- Mine data and analytics at the customer level to gain a better
understanding of their usage behaviors, including impacts of
current marketing strategies.
- Develop dashboards that provide reliable insights and
visualization into country and channel performance relative to
critical metrics, projections, and historical performance.
- Implement and analyze A/B or Multivariate Tests to provide
measurable insights on test data.
- Present findings to management to drive business and marketing
decisions.
- Work closely with the analytics delivery team onshore and
offshore to drive overall insights and execution of solutions
delivered to our clients.
- Manage short term and long-term delivery of projects with key
stakeholders and navigate through the client organization to
deliver the program seamlessly.
- Generate ideas with the product team internally to develop new
IP or products that can help us scale as a company.
- Excellent project management demonstrated by ability to
organize work streams, estimate and deliver on timelines.
Anticipate dependencies, delay in delivery and takes appropriate
steps to prevent them (including laying out of process and ensuring
its compliance).
- High Net promoter score for all project and program
deliveries.
- Contribute to development of IP or products for Fractal
solutions.
- P&L responsibility for key accounts / clients.
- Ability to drive fast paced growth and sales (via
presentations, sales pitch decks etc.).Minimum Qualifications:
- BS/MS in Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Economics,
Statistics, or equivalent experience.
- At least 5-7+ years of analytical and database experience,
including 4+ years of Retail analytics experience and deep
understanding of media data.
- Ability to understand AI and Machine Learning concepts and
apply them to solve problems.
- Excellent programming skills in SQL.
- Familiarity with A/B Testing.Mandatory Skills:Machine Learning,
Agile Project Management, Project Management, Linear Regression,
Data Exploration & Analysis, SQL.Preferred Skills:Knowledge of
Retail domain, Knowledge of cloud infrastructure and technical
architecture for data engineering, Understanding of design
concepts, Marketing Analytics, Presentation, A/B Testing.Pay:The
wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of
factors that are considered in making compensation decisions
including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training;
licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational
needs. A reasonable estimate of the current range is: $132,000 -
$160,000. In addition, for the current performance period, you may
be eligible for a discretionary bonus.As a full-time employee of
the company or as an hourly employee working more than 30 hours per
week, you will be eligible to participate in the health, dental,
vision, life insurance, and disability plans in accordance with the
plan documents. You will be eligible for benefits on the first day
of employment with the Company. In addition, you are eligible to
participate in the Company 401(k) Plan after 30 days of employment.
The Company provides for 11 paid holidays and 12 weeks of Parental
Leave. We also follow a "free time" PTO policy, allowing you the
flexibility to take time needed for either sick time or
