A company is looking for a Director, Omnichannel Program
Management.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the process to ensure successful execution of program
sprints
Partner with the Enterprise Experience lead to implement program
initiatives aligned with organizational objectives
Manage resources and budget decisions across various teams for
effective project delivery
Required Qualifications
10+ years of product/project management experience
2+ years of experience working in an agile marketing model as a
Scrum Master
2+ years of experience with MarTech/AdTech ecosystems such as
Salesforce, Veeva, or Adobe
Strong knowledge of program workflows in marketing and digital
pharmacy ecosystems
Exceptional leadership and organizational skills
