Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Provide effective business advice on offer creation, marketing, and
sales to partners
Coach partners through 1-1 sessions, setting clear plans and
holding them accountable
Drive communication and insights across departments and with
clients to facilitate growth
Required Qualifications
Proven track record in B2B business growth coaching or
consulting
Experience in growing businesses or consulting for high-growth
businesses
At least 1 year of experience in consulting or coaching, or 5 years
in mid-high level business roles
Commitment to helping others achieve their goals, even through
difficult conversations
Desire for continuous learning and development in both technical
and behavioral skills
