Job Description:

A company is looking for an Account Manager - Retention Specialist for a weekend shift, operating remotely in the US.
Key Responsibilities

Provide exceptional and timely customer support to strengthen revenue retention
Consult and educate advertisers by managing a high volume of inbound calls and emails
Highlight investment returns through ad performance metrics to demonstrate value to clients

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or 3+ years of relevant client-facing experience
Technical proficiency with computers and information systems
Experience in account management, sales, advertising, or small business preferred
Ability to handle tough conversations with business owners professionally
Willingness to receive and implement feedback in a fast-paced environment
