Intake and Marketing Director - Top Rated Senior Home Care AgencyOverview: Visiting Angels is one of the most highly rated home care operators in the US, providing the Activities of Daily Living for the elderly who wish to stay in the comfort of their own home.Job Summary: This position has two primary functions: client intake/sales and referral partner marketing. The first function involves managing contact with potential clients from initial lead prospecting through the signing of the contractual agreement for services. The second function ensures the company is portrayed as a strategic partner to community referral sources (Home Health, Hospice, Hospitals, GCM's, ALF, and ILFs).Qualifications: This position requires an individual who possesses a strong drive to build relationships, close leads, and increase the agency's client base. The candidate must care about providing a high level of service to elderly clients with varying degrees of understanding of their service needs. An understanding of the health concerns of elderly clients is essential. The individual must be able to perform responsibilities with minimal supervision and must possess a high degree of initiative and the ability to organize and prioritize responsibilities.Required skills include:

• Verbal: Good communication skills, appropriate language, and an understanding of basic medical terminology.
• Computer: Good computer skills, ability to input data, and use various software programs such as Word, PowerPoint, Google, CRM, and other programs that may be introduced. Software training will be provided for proprietary software, but the position requires someone with the ability to learn technology changes.General Duties and Responsibilities:
• Ensure all prospects are called back immediately upon reception of a lead. Call all recent inquiries weekly to sell services and obtain in-home assessment appointments. Expectation: Close at least 50% of leads and 90% of home assessments.
• Visit clients' homes to discuss all aspects of Visiting Angels' services, focusing on the client's needs and preferences.
• Create and maintain client files with signed contracts and ensure all client paperwork is current. Enter client information into tracking software and ensure pricing is within company policies.
• Maintain a list of new clients and track conversion rates, calls, and sources. Complete all follow-up procedures as outlined in company policies. Help the Staffing Coordinator confirm new client assignments.
• Work closely with nursing staff to ensure initial assessments are scheduled and prepare binder notebooks for the client's home with directions and forms for the caregiver.
• Prepare discharge paperwork when service ends for a client, including a letter to the family with caregiver evaluation survey. Update the "Client Emergency Planning Forms" notebook periodically.
• Attend symposiums and expos to promote services, distribute brochures, and keep the company's website up to date.Qualifications: Sales experience is required; experience in Senior Care is a significant plus.Benefits: The position includes a sales commission bonus in addition to a salary range of $45,000-$55,000. The company does not offer health care but provides a stipend. Benefits also include 401K, PTO, a company vehicle for business hours, a cell phone, and a healthcare stipend.
