• Possess a thorough understanding of the hotel's internal dynamics, including room pricing, hotel policies, discounts, availability, VIP clients, hotel events, and more.
• Integrate guest satisfaction as a component of staff meetings, with an emphasis on developing new strategies to improve performance consistently.
• Manage the budgets of all departments, including purchase journals, expenses, capital requests, and quarterly deviation reports.
• Collaborate with front office, food and beverage, and other department heads to ensure that operations are running smoothly.
• Coordinate with human resources to interview, hire, and train hotel operations staff to ensure that all departments run well.Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in the hospitality field, preferably in a full-service hotel.
  • Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Proven track record of managing a team in a hospitality or hotel management role.
  • Strong analytical skills, communication skills, and leadership skills.
