A company is looking for a Junior Account Manager (Remote) to develop and nurture relationships with car owners.



Key Responsibilities

Assist the Account Management team with outreach efforts and customer support
Share best practices and identify growth opportunities for account value maximization
Collect customer feedback and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction


Required Qualifications

Preferred Bachelor's degree
1-2+ years of experience in account management, sales, or customer service
Working knowledge of CRM systems and G-Suite
Ability to manage and support customer accounts
Genuine interest in the sharing economy and emerging transportation solutions
