Brief Description of Duties:
This position reports to the Chief Student Development and Success
Officer and serves as an integral member of the Division of Student
Development and Success's leadership team committed to supporting
student development. The position also provides innovative
leadership, and oversees the management, planning, administration,
and evaluation of student development programs and services. The
incumbent fosters a holistic collegiate experience at the
University of the District of Columbia and has the responsibility
for the creation and implementation of the data tracking and
maintenance of all student development policies, procedures and
recommendations.

Collective Bargaining Unit (Union): This position is not part of
the collective bargaining unit.
