Description Leidos SES is seeking a Director of Partner Management to lead the expansion and growth of strategic alliances and channel partners globally for our enterprise security solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing and nurturing key partnerships to drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and market share. This role will also focus on developing and executing partner ecosystem strategies to scale faster, support additional use cases, and drive consistency and predictability in the sales process. Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate current channel partners and identify gaps in coverage
• Develop new partnerships to enhance market position
• Build and expand the partner ecosystem
• Drive attributes of the Partner Program
• Manage and support field sales organization in key opportunities
• Develop core tools and provide reporting of KPIs
• Champion attractive alliances and partnerships Experience Required
  • Seasoned executive with software industry experience
