Traffic Engineer (Richmond, VA):

Perform transportation engineering analyses including traffic
impact studies, corridor studies, capacity and safety analyses.
Conduct multi-modal operation studies, traffic simulations, and
plan studies. Collaborate with Traffic Signals team and assist with
signal optimization and signal design projects. Collect, organize,
research and analyze transportation, environmental and crash data.
Prepare technical documents and reports. Perform site visits and
data collection. Requires master's degree in civil engineering.
