SENIOR Account Payable Specialist Job Details:

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:45 AM - 4:45 PM
Pay: $58-$60/hr

SENIOR Account Payable Specialist Job Description:

• Process invoices, reconcile accounts, and ensure payments are made on time.
• Maintain accurate vendor records and resolve discrepancies.
• Oversee the full AP cycle, including managing corporate T&E credit cards and employee expense reports.
• Review and approve T&E submissions for accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Compliance to ensure proper expense accounting.
• Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation in AP and T&E functions. SENIOR Account Payable Specialist Job Requirements:
  
  • 2-3 years of AP experience, including Travel & Expense (T&E) management.
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred; or 5+ years of AP experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and AP processes.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
