        About the Role The Company is seeking a Vice President of Communications to spearhead the development and execution of a comprehensive global communications strategy. This pivotal role involves leading both internal and external communications, with a focus on driving brand awareness, thought leadership, and supporting the company's growth objectives. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing PR and media relations, advising the executive team on all communication matters, and ensuring a consistent and engaging narrative across key stakeholders. Additionally, the VP of Communications will lead a high-performing team, manage crisis communications, and be instrumental in content creation and measurement of the effectiveness of communication initiatives.Candidates for the VP of Communications position at the company should have a proven track record of at least 12 years in corporate communications, particularly during periods of rapid growth, transformation, or crisis, ideally within a technology or SaaS environment. The role requires exceptional written and verbal communication skills, the ability to distill complex business concepts into clear narratives, and experience in crisis management and reputation protection. The ideal candidate will be adept at leading a team, partnering with C-suite executives, and having a high emotional intelligence to build and nurture cross-functional relationships.
